Italian decorative plastering courses are available in our training facilities in Italy and Serbia or by special request at your facility of choice

Training to work with Venetian decorative materials

  • The Stucco Italiano School has started when Maestro Giovanni Polistena started producing decorative materials. The lecturers on the courses are, in addition to Maestro Polistena, the best applicators from Serbia and Italy who have worked with Maestro Polistena for a long time all over the world.

Course Offerings

  • Our course lasts five days. It includes a theoretical and practical training. All participants work with all types of our materials to gain the basics for their work. Of course, there are also advanced courses, which allow performers to be virtuosos in a particular segment of their work.

Day one

  • – Reception and introduction
  • – Tour of the showroom and workroom
  • – Getting to know lime as the basis of our materials
  • – Substrate preparation
  • – Venetian decorative materials – beginning

Day two

  • – Venetian decorative materials – application on panels
  • – Material protection
  • – Introduction to other lime materials that are a trademark of our company
  • – Introduction to tools
  • – Application of Venetian lime decorative materials on the walls
  • – Application of other lime materials on boards

Day Three

  • – Tone training
  • – Introduction to materials for protection and use for floors
  • – Continual work on the walls with Venetian traditional materials
  • – Applying materials for floors on the boards
  • – Introduction to other materials and application on boards

Day Four

  • – Additional instructions of lime Venetian traditional materials
  • – Additional instructions and techniques for floor application
  • – Introduction to acrylic decorations
  • – Sample production of acrylic decorations on boards

Day Five

  • – Lunch
  • – Certificate ceremony

  • The price includes: training material, sample boards that you can take home with you after the course, work tools that you can take with you after the course, lunch every day of the duration of the course and transportation from the accommodation to the venue. The price does not include: arrival costs per course – transport, accommodation costs, breakfast and dinner costs during the days of the course.
