Surface measurement method:

    1. Wall area is measured from floor to ceiling regardless of whether there are floor moldings or ceiling moldings
    2. All surfaces less than 50 cm are counted as having 100 cm
    3. All openings smaller than 4 m2 do not bounce off the total wall area
    4. The columns are calculated by multiplying the real quantity by a coefficient of 1.5
    5. Ceiling surfaces are increased by a factor of 1.2 to the real area
